Since 1981, World Series Tournaments, Incorporated (WSTI) has been producing the PONY League World Series in its backyard of Washington, Pennsylvania. WSTI is a non-profit organization whose all-volunteer board prepares the event throughout the year, while countless hundreds of other volunteers provide the labor necessary to make the World Series a success on and off the field.
The partnership with PONY Baseball/Softball and Washington Youth Baseball, along with the volunteer/business support, helps assure the World Series’ annual return to Lew Hays Pony Field in Washington.
The efforts of thousands of people combine each year, enabling WSTI to successfully present the PONY League World Series. While the specific form of the host organization has changed over the years, the World Series Chairmen have shouldered the primary responsibility for the successful presentation of the annual event. The following list of chairmen is presented in tribute to the countless supporters of the PONY League World Series over these last 60 years.
