DICK'S Sporting Goods partners with PLWS

WASHINGTON, PA – World Series Tournaments, Inc., PONY Baseball and Softball, Inc., DICK’S Sporting Goods and The Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency are proud to announce the signing of a multi-year partnership agreement that will make DICK’S Sporting Goods the Name and Title sponsor of the PONY League World Series beginning in 2015.

“We are truly excited about the DICK’S Sporting Goods partnership,” said Bob Gregg, World Series Tournaments, Inc. President and PONY League World Series Chairman. “Through other event partnerships that DICK’S has held over the years, you can see the potential impact of this partnership on this event and in our community.”

DICK’S Sporting Goods will also be the Official Retailer providing each team with customized uniforms, athletic equipment, and the volunteers with staff wear.

With the support of DICK’S Sporting Goods, the PONY League World Series will continue to remain a community asset for years to come,” stated Abraham Key, President of PONY Baseball and Softball.
